You can buy scripts to make JAWS work better with ITunes from 
www.ngtvoice.com.  I can't answer any other questions about these 
scripts because I use Window-Eyes.  I hope this helps.

Would appreciate your telling me where to find Jaws scripts for ITunes 
8.0.  Once I download the scripts, do they automatically go to ITunes, 
or must I configure them?
