[gui-talk] vista and outlook 2007 with jaws 10

hello everyone,
i've just started using windows vista. i'm using jaws 10. and i am currently running a trial version of outlook 2007. do i need to adjust vista or outlook 2007 or both?
the problem i am having is when i open a message jaws 10 does not start reading it. even when i arrow down the screen just says blank. the only way i can read the body of the message is to use the root jaws to pc option. i think the e-mail may be html format. though this has happened with whatever message i try to read.
