I realize the feds aren't responsible for what RFB And D might charge but
I'm hoping the organization in the spirit of cooperation or goodness will
decide not to charge as much as $10. Although it isn't much to pay. Maybe
I'm just feeling greedy today.

The Feds will have nothing to do with the price of RFB&D keys, if
any, it is a RFB&D matter.
