No.  It's happened before.  There are some security programs that label
messages this way for reasons I don't remember but I've seen it before.  I
just ignore it but occasionally someone will make the whole thing worse by
typing the word numerous times in the header and it gets out of hand then.

I realize the feds aren't responsible for what RFB And D might charge but
I'm hoping the organization in the spirit of cooperation or goodness will
decide not to charge as much as $10.  Although it isn't much to pay.  Maybe
I'm just feeling greedy today.

The Feds will have nothing to do with the price of RFB&D keys, if
any, it is a RFB&D matter.
