If you're on a bus or commuter train, there's no problem, because in most
metropolitan areas, bus and train operators are in constant radio contact
with a cental communications center, so if there were an emergency, this
information would be immediately transmitted to all the passengers. So if
you are riding a bus or train, you would know about any emergency at the
same time as everyone else aboard.
