The Booksense standard is $349 and the Booksense XT is $499. They ran
a special knocking off 10 percent from when it came out last summer
through September before the prices returned to their normal points.
The only differences between the Booksense standard and XT are that
the XT has: the radio, Bluetooth, and the 4 gigs of internal flash
storage. Also, you get a larger SD card with the XT, at 8 GB verses
the 2 GB with the standard model. Other than these, and the colors,
there's no difference between the 2 models. They each can do the same
and have exactly the same features. I have the XT and though the radio
is the only of the extra features I use, I'm really enjoying it and
use it all the time--the Booksense as a whole that is. I listen to the
radio too farely often, but mainly use the Booksense for playing nLS
books, Audible books, and music, along with other content.
I agree that it would be very helpful to have the prices listed on the
product's page (you listening GW Micro?).
