[gui-talk] Can't turn on or off private browsing in IE 8

How do you do this? Sometimes Jaws adds that I'm in Private Browsing at the 
end of a title bar on a web page. I've clicked on "All about private 
browsing" and even seen it in the tool/options, but it doesn't seem to be a 
binary toggle. I'd like to keep it off, always.

How do I go about this?
