Sure.
The Cobra Screen Reader link can be found at www.baum.de/cms/en/cobra/. 
I also have the program upon Dropbox if anyone wants that link.
I can't say Cobra is better than other screen readers. However it does 
offer some unique features which so far no other screen reader has. So I 
would say use Cobra as a backup, rather than a primary, reader.
