I thought they marketed there stuff as being more polished / perfected?  It's not that hard to get this right.

The report I heard was that if you got the spot just right calls get
dropped 100% of the time.  What a fine example of their "superior user
interface"?  touch the phone the right way, and it always drops calls.
If they insist on being able to control what people can do with their
phones the way they do they could atleast get there own stuff right.
