When you double tap, you can tap again if it is at the end and you want the
cursor at the beginning of the line.

When entering text (as in a message body or other text field) using the
iPhone 4 and VoiceOver, how does one determine where the cursor is, i.e.,
the insertion point for the text? In other words, how does one execute what
JAWS or Window-eyes would call "say character"?
