Connect your iPhone to the PC. Go to your iPhone in the tree view, tab until you get to the radio buttons, and select the music radio button. From there, tab until you get to the checkbox which says "sync music" and check it. Tab down to another set of radio buttons which allows you to select whether you sync your entire music library, or only selected playlists, artists, and genres. If you select to sync the entire music library, assuming it is not too large for your iPhone, you should be all set.

Subject: [gui-talk] Forced Reload of iPhone from iTunes Library
Greetings.
Is there a way to force a reload of all the music on my iPhone from my iTunes library? I've downloaded quite a bit of music using the iPhone's iTunes app and synced with the PC but since I installed iOS 4.2.1, I've lost part Of the music I downloaded. Also my purchased ringtones are showing up in my Purchased playlist which messes up the songs database. I had some trouble with apps behaving weirdly but I fixed this.
T I A.
