[gui-talk] windows live essentials accessibility?

Before I download I'd like to know if it's even worth the download.  If it 
won't be worth the download, what better alternatives exist for handling 
usenet newsgroups and email? This is for use with windows 7 and for now 
screen narrator but probably shortly nvda.
