[gui-talk] Google Search Settings Page No Longer Accessible

To reach the Search Settings page, go to the Google home page, focus on the 
Search field, and arrow up until you land on the Options link. 
Alternatively, locate the Options link by performing a search for the word 
"options".  Click on the Options link, then arrow down to the Search 
Settings link and click on it to access the Search Settings page.
