[gui-talk] Unable to Access Target.com

I would guess that this is some sort of error on Target's part, and 
further it has nothing to do with the NFB or why we sued 
Target.  Some sites are phasing out Internet Explorer 6 support, 
perhaps your browser got mis-identified by the site?
