[gui-talk] USB Question

I have a windows 7, 64-bit computer running JAWS 11.  Today, I have a
message, when I turn on the computer, that says "one of the usb devices on
this computer has malfunctioned and is not recognized.  For assistance,
click this message."  Well, I can't find t6he message and I can't find
anything to click on.  What do I do?  I suspect that it is an external hard
drive.   What do I do to fix the problem?  Thanks.
