Let me add that sometimes the page changes even though JAWS doesn't report
the change; you have to look around and become familiar with the particular
page.

A sighted person places the mouse so the mouse pointer is on the desired
field. In this case, that's your home phone number. When this happens, often
additional options pop up, i.e., the web page changes to give you additional
options. Strictly-speaking, there's no *exact* equivalent. However, if
you're using JAWS (hopefully, JAWS 12) and press Control + JAWS Key + ENTER
with focus on the indicated field, it will simulate a "mouse-over" and if
the page changes, it will tell you what lines are changed. You use the J
(jump) command, specifying that line to access the additional content. Then
you hit Shift+J to get back where you left off. Sometimes, pages are
organized so that just hitting ENTER expands the page and you just start
reading down to access the expanded content. It depends upon how the page is
written.

I have just changed to Uverse. I am trying to log into my account to look at
my VOIP features. This is what it says to do. "To make changes to your
U-verse Voice features, access your online account and place your mouse over
Home Phone and select Manage VoIP Features.
What does it mean to "Place your mouse?" Any help would be appreciated.
