[gui-talk] alternative to notepad

There are many alternatives to Notepad and Wordpad.  It depends on what you
want to achieve.  Jarte is a powerful word processor with a screen reader
mode.  EdSharp and Notetab Lite are free text editors with a myriad of
features.  I don't have Url's handy but Google searches on all those
programs will reveal them.
