Allen,

I know exactly what you need, and as far as I know, the answer is no.
The only thing that even comes close is the Pacmate.  Heck!  I can't
even use flash drives with my work PC any more.  I have all kinds of
downloaded material that's trapped on this machine.

add-on braille display that meets FIPS140-2 standards for security?
It would be nice if it basically was a netbook with integrated Braille
