[gui-talk] unlabeled 0/unlabeled 2 button

I am not signed into Google, but Window-Eyes reports one button after each
found link.  It doesn't try to give these buttons arbitrary numbers (it
never does that), although I could probably get a checksum from them and
label them.  I have not pushed these buttons and don't know what they do.
They appeared a month or two ago, I think.
