[gui-talk] can't bring up Jaws 12 window with insert J

I called FS tech support and was toled just to press the Alt key to bring up 
the familiar meenu line. That works. Though I can't get rid of the build 
number that stays on the screen when I exit the menus/window. Oh, well.

Joel: if you're reading the current line and it says Jaws along with
the build number, then perhaps you're already in the Jaws window? If
your title bar says JAWS, then you are. Otherwise, have you tried alt
tabbing to the Jaws window? If nothing else works, then definitely
call FS on Monday.
