[gui-talk] question on speach program to play a game made for the visually impaired

Hi guys I'm running nvda and I have a game called altereaon. It is 
supossed to have a speech program built in however my friend and I can't 
get it to read the dropdown menues like it does in entombed. If you know 
of a free program that we can use, please let me know as soon as 
possable. Please also leave the link of wear to download it from
