On a relevant but not related note, where, which NFB list,  can one find 
information about purchase of assistive technology in relation to taxes. I 
wanted to know if it is refundable tax credit or not.

Well it depends, a couple hours I would
think.  Last year it took me three or so I think,
but had kids, kids expenses etc., so was a little complicated.
