It is a ribbon function, but you can do it with a shortcut key and it will
stay in effect until you toggle it off.  With a message open for writing,
press alt+p, b.

I use MS2010 and Windows 2007. I'm a relative newbie to these and have
picked up on most of it except that every once in awhile something escapes
me.

 

I assume that if I want to create a BCC field in my emails that I have to do
something on one of those darned ribbons. Could someone advise me as to
which ribbon and what action should be taken, please? Thank you very much!
