Actually, it works pretty much the same way if not identically.  I'm
assuming you want to create a hotkey such as alt+ctrl+j to launch jaws.  Do
the following:

1.  Locate your JAWS desktop icon

2.  Press alt+enter once focused on it

3.  tab probably three times, maybe twice, to the hotkey field.

4.  Assuming you want the hotkey to be alt+ctrl+j, press j

5.  Press enter.

not work the same way as it did in XP, like most things don't.
