If you are listed as the administrator, you may be told that only the
admin can make the hotkey change. Just press enter on the Continue/OK
button, and then enter again on the OK button from the properties
dialog box, and the hotkey will be created. I've experienced this on
my Windows 7 laptop, where I was told that I could not perform the
action by Windows unless I had administrative privilidges. You can get
around this by creating a different hotkey, provided it doesn't
conflict with any other hotkey, like Windows with J, or even by adding
JAWS to the task bar. By adding it to the task bar, it will
automatically receive a hotkey assignment, like Widnows with 4, if you
already hav eitems in the first 3 slots.
