Rick:

If I were confronted with this problem, I would then proceed immediately to
re-installing the Office suite. This might be the only way out of the
fix<smile>.

Sorry.

Cordially,

Curtis Chong

Hi Curtis,

The problem with this client's configuration of Outlook, as I said in my
subject line, is that certain views are simply missing from the Change Views
list, including business card, card, and phone. The only view available is
list. I've never seen anything like this before, and wondered if anybody had
come across something like this and would know a way to get those views
back. The client wants the business card view, if possible.

Rick:

The default view in Outlook 2010 is the Business Card view, which is what I
am using on my computer. I do believe you can switch to that view in the
View tab on the ribbon.

Cordially,

Curtis Chong

Hello everybody,

I have a client who would like to view his Outlook 2010 contacts in business
card view. The only view he has available, however, is List. No card, no
phone, no business card, just list. I've never encountered this problem
before. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.
