[gui-talk] Creating A Virtual Drive

I have a Windows8 machine running JFW14.  The machine came with one tb of
disk space in one drive, the c drive.  Is there a way to partition the drive
and designate a second drive of half the disk space without having to remove
everything and start from scratch.  I want to create a virtual drive on the
disk.  Any information would be appreciated.
