Depending on who you have your email account through, they would be
providing your info if your account is either a POP3 or IMAP.
They also depending on the POP3 or IMAP info would provide your incoming and
outgoing server info.

Yahoo is specific.
Is your email address through your Internet Service Provider?

Hi

I don't know if this is the appropriate place to ask this question since
this is the first time I've posted here.  My name is Serena and I am trying
to add an account to Microsoft Outlook but I'm having trouble.  I guess I
need to know what to put in the fields for the internal server and external
server.  I also need to know whether or not it's an IMAP account or a Pop3
one.  I would appreciate any help.
