Greetings:

The POP server is pop.gmail.com, and the SMTP server is smpt.gmail.com. There are other considerations as well such as the port number to use for outbound messages (587) and incoming messages (995). Also, be sure to use SSL for receiving and TLS encryption for sending.

Gmail has the settings documented. Just do a Google search for Gmail POP3 settings.
