I have another windows 8 question: I am trying to open attachments in 
windows live mail. I am unable to open word attachments at all. In PDF 
attachments, it gives me the promt to open, cancel or what's the wrisk. I 
click open. I only hear jaws say "reader." I am using jaws 13.

Thanks.

ALso, I am still looking for my answer to how can I adjust the volume on 
windows 8 with a desktop keyboard with a touch screen computer. I am going 
to try to get external speakers to help me if necessary.
