There really is an advantage to unloading JAWS: in order to present screens
in a manner logical with speech or Braille, JAWS often changes the
appearance of screens, e.g., web pages, so that sighted persons may become
confused. If JAWS is unloaded, one avoids this difficulty.

Rob,
You can unload jaws quickly by hitting num pad insert-F4 and reload it by
selecting a hotkey combo like control-alt-j.
