Hi Dave,

It's a pitty that some of the wonderful features of Firefox are 
sometimes a little difficult to find. It took some time to me to find 
it, too, but, once you know how to access it, it's very easy.

1. Open a new message.

2. Press Shift+tab

3. With the up/down arrow keys, select CC, BCC, etc. Just change the 
default (to:).

4. Press tab and write the desired email address in the empty field and 
it will be inserted as CC or BCC in the mail header.

5. Send a testing mail to you to make sure it works as expected.

You can also change the status of the address already written in the 
field just by pressing Shift+Tab and selecting a different option with 
the up/down keys.
