Hi.
Normally, you would use the left mouse button to click on something in
order to perform an action, such as opening a folder, pressing a button
such as an "OK" button, opening a program, etc.
The right mouse button brings up a menu which will be different and the
choices in the menu are based on what the mouse is pointing to.
As an example, if your mouse is pointing to an mp3 music file and if you
push the right mouse button you will get specific options which pertain
to that piece of music, such as record, play, etc.
If you're in Microsoft Word and if you highlight or select text and then
place the mouse over that text, pressing the right mouse button might
give you options such as cut, copy, delete, etc.
