We can't really answer that question for you as we don't know your 
needs, habits etc.  If you want to store a lot of music, videos, 
etc., on your iPad, then the 128 Gig model is probably a good choice, 
but if you are a more typical user, without a lot of data, 64 would 
probably be fine.
