Unfortunately, I don't have an iPhone, so I am of no help. But I've
forgotten to back things up and lost them...

I have my passwords in a document. When my BrailleNote was working, I had
this document in Braille...

Like a dumlkopf, I recently had to reload my iPhone from scratch as I forgot
my passcode and did not have a computer available to handle a back up to
iTunes. Since then, the program no longer sees my contacts. Is anyone else
having this problem and, if so, has anyone figured out how to fix it?
