[gui-talk] coppying & pasting emails with block quotes

If you have Smart Navigation on, try turning it off for the copy and paste operation. I don't know about Outlook, but I have had issues with copying from web sites when Smart Navigation is turned on. insert-X should toggle SmartNavigation.
