[gui-talk] Fwd: more TV providers provide talking menus for blind subscribers

How many of these services that offer DVS/SAP also give you a way to listen to described content in stereo
when the source material is in stereo? I hear that this is often not possible these days, but I have not
verified. For the record, I am on Verizon FiOS but currently with no TV service.
