[gui-talk] seeking advice on laptops and windows 7 vs. 10 and JAWS 17 vs. 18 etc.

 Is there a keystroke or other  way to start narrator running   when a
new Windows  device is started up and maybe onl a silent  activation
or start up screen is being displayed so as to from that very first
step have access  via sound? Or does one need ot have  a sighted asst.
