[GUI-Talk] junk email

Good eveneining all:

 

I am using Outlook 2013. I am having a problem getting an email address to
go from Junk email to Inbox permanently. I go to the junk area in the menu
in my Bulk mail. I tell it to always trust emails with this particular
address, & all of this person's emails are still going into my junk folder.
Is there anything else I can do?
