Hi Debbie,

Have you tried going into the control panel to look for devices there? From
the windows menu you should be able to find the control panel, I usually
just hit the windows key, and type in control panel. From there you should
be able to get to an option that asks you to add/remove devices. I hope that
works.

	Hi, Everyone,

I am running a computer with windows 7 and JAWS 18.  A few months ago, my
local computer repair place had to re-install Windows.  Since that time,
when I plug in a USB external drive, I can hear that it is there but cannot
find the drive.  No letter name seems to be assigned to any of my three USB
drives.  So, I can't identify them and I can't determine what is on them.
How do I get access to these drives back?
