[GUI-Talk] preview Pane

Folks,

Somehow I activated the preview pane in file explorer.  A couple of bad things happened.

When I cursored by a password-protected spreadsheet, the preview pane opened the file and asked for the password.  Also, often alt + f4 would not close the file manager.  I did not know the preview pane was opened.  The Microsoft disability help desk figured this out-another victory for this service.
