[GUI-Talk] new windows update

I had that happen too, only the files that were deleted were in Outlook.

Right now, my computer won't read me the titles of my folders in Outlook and will not read the names of programs as I'm trying to locate them to work in them.  Go figure!  I also get wome weird hosting notation when I try to go into a site on the internet.  Sometimes it will read links there and sometimes it won't, even when I wait or press Tab.  I have Jaws 18.

During the install of 1809 some files were being deleted that should not be.  For example on my system it deleted all the files in my download folder.
