[GUI-Talk] Windows Narrator Question

Dave,

It is my recollection that Windows U may start Narrator, but what it does
depends some on how defaults are set.  If that keystroke does not work for
you, press Windows R which will bring up the "Run" dialog, and then type the
word narrator and press ENTER.  That should also start it.
