Denice:

I have Outlok 2013, but I think the key strokes are the same. Try
control+shift+b to pull up the address book. Find the address you want to
delete & press the delete key. Also, you can start sending a message to that
person you want to delete, & press the delete key. Then press escape & tab
to no you don't want to send or save the message. Hope this helps.

I would like to delete an old address from MS Outlook 2016 so it does not
keep popping up. Can anyone tell me how to bring up the Outlook address book
to delete an incorrect contact address. Thanks.
