[GUI-Talk] adjusting the volume on Spotify

Does anyone out there know how to adjust the volume on Spotify. For whatever
reason, the volume has lowered. I tried to press the insert+3 (the pass key
through) & press alt+uparrow per instructions that I found, but the volume
won't go up. When I go to change volume, all it does is mute whatever I'm
listening to on Spotify.
