That's the message I thought you were getting, and one I see very often
myself. You are wise to stop and consider when you see that message of
course. It means that running programs downloaded from the Internet can be
dangerous if you don't know the source.

The address I gave you, though, is the same address I've been using since I
started writing the scripts. I am the author of the Dell Audio scripts.

There is an options link but it doesn't give me a run anyway. It is actually
saying (as I looked again) is that it might harm my computer. I guess this
isn't a good site.

No, it probably means your Windows is making sure you understand the risks
of running a program from the Internet. I routinely have to activate a More
Options link and then a Run Anyway link to run installers for software from
websites. Exactly what the links are called will depend on which browser you
use.

there is no way I can run or save this item. Does this mean that this is a
bad update?

If you are asking whether I have updated the DellAudio scripts to account
for any changes in the application, no; not in a long time.

But in case you just mean you have updated JAWS and can't seem to use the
scripts I wrote for you, I just now updated them to handle changes in JAWS
itself through 2019. You can install them as usual from
https://www.dlee.org/updates/dell/jfw_dell.exe

Beware that I have not tested this script update, because I don't have a
Dell and my Windows 10 machine does not run that application.

Hello all:

I finally installed the latest update for Windows 10 the other day. I'm now
having more difficulty minuvering through Dell Audio again. Has there been
an update to the JAWS script for Dell Audio? According to VFO, this isn't a
priority & I understand this. However, I'm wondering if anybody has updated
the JAWS script that was put out by someone on this list a few years ago.
