[GUI-Talk] IE 11 Crashing Under Win 7

When i launch IE 11 it immediately crashes with the message,
A problem has caused Internet Explorer to stop working.  This was happening occasionally for a while, but now it happens every time I start the program.  Someone suggested that I go into advanced settings under Tools and change from GPU acceleration to Software acceleration, but this did nothing to resolve the issue.  How does one run a repair for IE?
