They are making changes to Edge, but to the best of my knowledge, 
they are not taking it down. They are changing the underlying engine 
that parses web pages. I would guess they will make changes, off-line 
to speak, and substitute the new one for the old one.  They wouldn't 
want the discontinuity of "taking it down."
