Yes, Windows 10 1903is gradually being rolled out, but some JAWS users 
who have already installed it have reported problems.?? You should never 
install a major Windows 10 update until it has been out for a while and 
the bugs have been fixed.?? Remember what happened last year when Winn 10 
1809 was initially rolled out??? It inadvertently deleted files on many 
computers, and MS was forced to withdraw it and re-introduce it months 
later.?? There is no rush to upgrade to 1903, until you are forced to do 
so, by which time the bugs will hopefully have been worked out.
