[GUI-Talk] Problem Reading titles of downloads

Hello,

About a week ago, I was having many file explorer related issues.  I had also lost access to Firefox and Edge and Chrome were not working well.  Eventually the Microsoft disability help desk reloaded my Windows 10 release 1809 operating system.  I did not have to reload my applications.  I ran windows update a couple of times to get the 1809 updates.  My system works well now.
